Why Ninety Days?

This is a sufficient period for almost every goal. Less is not enough to reach real
progress; more is too long to see the finish line. That’s why a lot of diets and training
programs have a duration of 90 days. After 90 days, it becomes a daily routine and you
dont have to track your progress anymore.

How Do I Track My Progress?
Even a small step in right direction gets you closer to your goals. So ask yourself daily:
“Did I do something for my goal today?” If the answer is yes, select a goal, click to the
date and choose “Win”. If not, you have to click “Lose”. You can also use daily
notifications to make your choice. Feel like youve achieved a goal ahead of time?
Great! Click on the “Set as Achieved” button.
